Teenworks & Kids’ Kreations 2024 celebrates the artwork of students attending art classes throughout Bay County.

Join instructor Rochelle Dula in learning about how to paint your very own pet on a 16x20 canvas! Rochelle will take you through the process step-by-step. Bring drinks and snacks and get comfortable learning about how to create your own masterpiece of a beloved pet!

Learn basic acrylic painting techniques as you create your own calming, stylized landscape step-by-step. Become inspired by a real place, or use your imagination! Together we will practice breaking a scene down into basic geometric shapes, color mixing, blending and creating texture, and more. All experience levels welcome, no prior painting experience necessary.

Join Studio 23 for an evening of creativity and fun! Bring a beverage of your choice, a snack, and an open mind! Instructor Rochelle will take you through a 16x20 inch painting step-by-step and help you create your own custom bouquet of poppies! Art materials provided (canvas, paints, brushes, etc.) 

Follow along with artist Allise Noble as you create your own watercolor and ink mermaid illustrations that reflect your personality. We will learn how to blend colors, use different brushstrokes, and combine simple shapes to build forms. Ages 8 an up welcome, under 12 please come with an adult. All supplies included.

Learn the basics of working with polymer clay as you create your own nature inspired 3"x4" relief featuring the bird or bug of your choice. Practice using shaped cutters to build your basic form, and smooth and add texture using a variety of hand tools. During the 2nd session, we will prep, paint, seal, and frame our creations.

Enjoy the relaxing process of watercolor botanical illustration as we practice basic techniques for creating fruit and blossoms including color blending, using different brush strokes, layering to create depth and texture, and more. Follow along step-by-step, and then use the techniques learned to create your own composition or copy from an example. All skill levels welcome, no prior painting experience necessary.
