Kids Klay

Come play with clay! Kids learn how to use the pottery wheel. They also learn how to pinch, mold, sculpt, and coil clay into hand-built pieces. Once the pottery pieces are created and fired in the kiln, they choose from several bright glazes. Two Hours of clay instruction with an emphasis on individual creativity.

  • 12-week class runs September 20th- December 6th
  • Time: Fridays 4:30-6:30pm
  • Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Students
  • Cost: $  130Members | 160 Non-Members, and an additional $25 Material Fee.

Adult Clay

There is no limit to what you can make with clay! These classes provide instruction for the novice as well as those experienced with clay. Students new to clay will work on projects designed to introduce techniques such as pinch, coil, and slab. Instruction is also available to those who wish to try the potter’s wheel. Roll up your sleeves and give it a try. Advanced students may work in their choice of direction. Various glazing techniques will be covered as well. Come with ideas and to meet new friends!
