Call for regional artists has begun with entries now being taken online. Artists 18 and over who live and/or work in the counties of Saginaw, Midland, Bay, Isabella, Arenac, Clare, Gratiot, and Gladwin are eligible to apply. Deadline is April 23, 2021 at 11:59 pm.

Call for Thursday or Friday appointments during our maintenance month of January. Rosemary Kavanagh, The Lady Who Paints, has created a series of portraits inspired by her rich family history in Bay City. She is the featured artist of Studio 23's Black & White Affair 2020.
