50 Artists of the Great Lakes Bay Region
Artists applied and were selected by a panel of experts in the visual arts and community leaders from the region. Each artist is featured in 50 Artists of the Great Lakes Bay Region, an exhibition in the Rowley gallery of Studio 23 from September 21 – November 11, 2023. An additional piece of artwork from each artist has been selected to be reproduced on a metal plaque and installed as a part of Art Around the City.
Art Around the City is an outdoor exhibition that you can view in Downtown Bay City, Uptown Bay City, Veteran’s Park, and Bigelow Park around the Bay City Loop river walk trail. This outdoor exhibition features 50 Artists of the Great Lakes Bay Region. Each artist has their artwork reproduced on a metal plate accompanied by an informational plaque of the artist.
